左手的腱鞘炎又犯了，小拇指到手腕那儿疼得厉害，医生是关节劳损，让我以后打字尽量把手腕垫高点……虽然上一个医生也是这么说的，好像没有什么特别有效的治疗办法。回来我用语音输入写了一章，但感觉不太满意，大概率得重新写，今天只能请假休息一天了。
上次请假欠的6K字还没还上，心情复杂，感觉对不起大家，真的很抱歉……
