The Wind and the Eagle Wings at Hogwarts — Chapter 100 100. The Professor and Auror Who Came Suddenly

On Christmas Day, Michael knocked on Scott’s door early in the morning and woke him up.

“Today’s newspaper.”

After getting Scott’s response, Michael walked into the room with a stack of newspapers.

“I got the Kent newspaper on purpose.”

He handed a local Kent newspaper to Scott who was sitting on the bed.

Scott reached out to take it and unfolded it, flipping through it again and again, but found that the front page headline did not contain what he wanted to see.

“It seems that the Ministry of Magic is very fast.” He said, “It should be intercepted before the newspaper is published.”

“Scott!”

At this time, Emilia’s call came from downstairs.

“Your professor is here!”

Scott looked up at Michael.

“I’ll go downstairs to greet the guests for you.” Michael winked at him, “Come down after you change your clothes.”

Watching Michael turn around and leave the room and close the door, Scott rubbed his face and got up to wash.

While brushing his teeth, he looked at his face in the mirror and slowly adjusted his mentality.

When he changed his clothes, the expression on his face had completely calmed down.

Walking out of the room, he looked at the living room at the stairs. Michael and Emilia were talking to Professor Flitwick and two strange wizards.

The moment he saw Professor Flitwick, Scott couldn’t help but breathe a sigh of relief.

Although he felt a little sorry for Professor Flitwick, Scott really felt that he was much easier to deal with than Dumbledore.

“Professor Flitwick?” He ran downstairs quickly. “Why are you here?”

Professor Flitwick smiled and waved at him, “Merry Christmas, Scott. I’m sorry to bother you so early in the morning.”

“You’re too polite, professor.” Emilia said quickly, “Scott told us that you gave him a lot of help and care, and you are the most respected professor in the school.”

“Oh! Don’t say that, this is what I should do as a professor.” Professor Flitwick looked very happy.

“Professor.”

Scott walked up to him and looked at the two wizards sitting next to him.

“What happened?” He showed a questioning expression, “Who are these two gentlemen?”

“Oh, let me introduce them.”

Professor Flitwick jumped off the sofa.

“These two are Aurors from the Ministry of Magic, Mr. Shacklebolt and Mr. Williamson.”

“Aurors?”

Scott was very surprised, but he greeted the two Aurors politely.

“Hello, gentlemen.” He was even more surprised when he looked at them, “Oh, you don’t look well.”

Indeed, the two Aurors looked listless, even the dark-skinned Mr. Shacklebolt had obvious dark circles under his eyes.

“Something big has happened!” Young Mr. Williamson couldn’t help complaining, “We spent the whole night to erase the memories of those Muggles. Their curiosity is really too strong…”

“Williamson!” Shacklebolt stared at him seriously.

Williamson immediately shut up.

“Listen, Scott.”

Professor Flitwick said to Scott.

“A regretful thing happened yesterday. Miss Travers, a first-year Slytherin, unfortunately passed away.”

“Travers?”

Scott thought about it.

“Could it be Jasmine Travers?” He widened his eyes in surprise.

Professor Flitwick sighed, “Yes, she had a split accident when she was Apparated by her house-elf.”

“This…”

Scott could only open his mouth.

“There are still some doubts about this matter.” Shacklebolt said, “So we came to you for routine questioning.”

“Me?”

Scott looked at him in surprise, and then looked at Professor Flitwick.

“Wait, Shacklebolt, let me finish my words.”

Professor Flitwick looked at Shacklebolt with some dissatisfaction.

He continued to Scott: “According to Miss Avery, who is in the same ward with Miss Travers, Miss Travers left the hospital to find you.”

“Find me?” Scott looked out of the situation.

“I know this matter has nothing to do with you.”

Professor Flitwick patted his arm comfortingly.

“Don’t worry, Scott, I’m here.”

He lowered his voice a little at this point.

“They came to the school this morning to investigate your information and wanted to get your home address. I offered to accompany Dumbledore, and of course he agreed. I will ensure that they will not affect you and your family during the inquiry.”

“Thank you, Professor.”

Scott looked at him gratefully.

This gratitude was real.

He took a deep breath, turned his head and gave his parents who had been looking at this side a reassuring look, and walked back to the two Aurors.

“Gentlemen, I’m ready.” He sat down on the single sofa opposite the two.

“Very good.”

Shacklebolt sat up a little, and the big golden earrings on his ears shook.

Williamson on the side also took out a pen and paper.

“Mr. Trollope?” Shacklebolt asked him, “Do you have a conflict with Miss Travers at school? According to Miss Avery, Travers left the hospital privately in order to find an opportunity to retaliate against you.”

“I don’t know if that counts as a conflict.”

Scott seemed a little restrained.

He told some of what happened between Jacob and Travert.

“…according to what Jacob said, Miss Travers doesn’t think I should look at her condescendingly.”

He spread his hands helplessly.

“But I was standing at the top of the stairs and they were standing downstairs.”

Shakur didn’t comment after hearing this, but just nodded.

He then asked, “Miss Avery said that they suspected that you were the cause of their illness. Do you have anything to say about this?”

“Thank you, do they really think highly of me?”

Scott looked even more helpless.

“As far as I know, their illnesses… not even Madam Pomfrey and Professor Snape can solve them immediately. I don’t think I have that ability.”

Seeing that Shacklebolt didn’t speak, he continued: “Professors all know that I am good at transfiguration, and I am not top-notch in other subjects.”

“That’s right.” Professor Flitwick nodded in agreement, “Especially this child’s grades in Potions class are average.”

Scott smiled sheepishly at Professor Flitwick, and continued to say to Shacklebolt: “And you have also seen that our family is just an ordinary Muggle family. No one can do anything for me except myself. provide help.”

Shacklebolt nodded and pondered for a while.

“That’s it, Kingsley.”

Williamson on the side couldn’t help but yawned and shook the ponytail on the back of his head.

“This is just a fourth-year student and a young wizard of Muggle origin. This matter obviously has nothing to do with him.”

The way he looked at Scott was inadvertently contemptuous.

“There are still doubts about this matter.” Shakur emphasized.

“I know.” Williamson put away the pen and paper impatiently, “That girl’s wand, they used the pre-flashback spell to play the spell she had used.”

He turned to look at Scott, “Many offensive spells, including vicious transformation torture spells, and even a death spell in the end.”

Looking at Scott’s shocked expression, he curled his lips.

“I have to say that girl is a genius,” he chuckled. “It’s a pity that this kid can’t handle her magic.”

Shacklebolt glared at him, “How could you!”

Obviously, he was very dissatisfied with Williamson’s casual disclosure of this information.

Williamson shrank his neck reflexively, but he soon became angry again.

“I know you have a lot of questions, Kim Rice.”

He suddenly stood up.

“Let me tell you, it’s obvious that the girl just ran away and had a fight with someone, or simply practiced her magic spell.”

He looked at Shacklebolt with a half-hearted smile.

“Because her credulity in things like house elves ended up harming her, she angrily gave that thing a death curse before she died.”

He shrugged deliberately.

“An 11-year-old girl couldn’t kill a house elf with her killing curse. That thing also died due to splitting.”

Wonderful!

Scott, who lowered his head, wanted to give him a standing ovation to thank Mr. Williamson for his wonderful analysis.

“Williamson!” Shacklebolt stood up in anger, breathing rapidly, “This is not how a qualified Auror should behave during an investigation!”

But Williamson raised his head and frowned and said: “I only know that the magical world was almost exposed to the eyes of the whole of England yesterday. Minister Fudge wants us to quell this incident as quickly as possible!”
