The Wind and the Eagle Wings at Hogwarts — Chapter 43 043. I will learn from you

“Good evening, Eddie.”

In the dormitory, Scott stood in front of Eddie’s bed with his arms folded, leaning against the bedpost, looking down at him.

Eddie, who was sitting on the bed, looked up at Scott’s eyes, feeling a little guilty for no reason, and couldn’t help but hug his quilt tightly.

But he still mustered up the courage to ask: “What’s wrong, Scott?”

Scott looked at his guilty look and narrowed his eyes.

“I want to ask you.” He said slowly, “What happened to me recently that you didn’t tell me?”

“What?” Eddie was confused.

“No.” He shook his head, “Really.”

“Really?” Scott bowed slightly, “Think about it again.”

“Really, really not.” Eddie spread his hands.

Scott reminded him: “Think again, like bad nicknames.”

Eddie’s expression immediately changed slightly. He looked away for a moment and looked at Scott again.

He pretended to suddenly realize, “I remembered, Scott. I’m sorry, I forgot if you didn’t mention it.”

Scott stared at him silently for several seconds until a guilty expression appeared on his face again.

“Tell me.” Scott straightened up, “Where did that ugly nickname come from? If you can tell me the answer, I won’t hold you accountable for hiding this from me.”

“Yeah, Eddie, tell me.”

At this time, Roger came over and sat directly on Eddie’s bed.

He smiled teasingly, “I want to know, what kind of ugly nickname makes Scott so angry?”

“Go away, Roger.”

Scott said something to Roger and threatened Eddie with his eyes.

[Speak out and you will be dead. ]

Eddie quickly looked at Scott with sincere eyes.

“I don’t know who came up with that nickname,” he said.

“Huh?” Scott narrowed his eyes again.

“But it was first reported from the first year of Ravenclaw.” Eddie immediately supplemented.

“Very good, it seems to be pretty much what I guessed.”

Scott nodded with satisfaction.

He thought for a moment, smiled and said to Eddie: “That’s the end of it, Eddie.”

Before Eddie could breathe a sigh of relief, he said, “Next, please help me pass on a message.”

“Wha…what?” Eddie almost choked.

“Let everyone know that if anyone lets me hear that ugly nickname again, I will challenge him to a duel.” Scott said seriously.

“Are you telling the truth?” Eddie looked at him in disbelief, “Is it too exaggerated?”

[Is it necessary to play so big? ]

He expresses it with his eyes.

“Do you really want to duel with everyone who calls you a nickname?” Roger said with a weird expression, “What should I do? I’m getting more and more curious about how unpleasant that nickname is!”

“Then please bear with me.”

Scott waved his hand, turned around, picked up the basket and went to the bathroom.

The next day, the results of Professor Flitwick’s punishment of Jacob Kent and Lisa Dupin spread throughout Ravenclaw.

Eddie shared the news with Scott at the dinner table after class that morning.

Unlike Jacob’s two months of labor service, Dupin was not only punished with a full school year’s labor service, but her parents also had to pay a large sum of gold galleons as a ransom to the Department of Legal Enforcement of the Ministry of Magic.

“It is said that Mr. and Mrs. Dupin came to Hogwarts last night.” Eddie whispered. “Not only did they curse Lisa Dupin, but they also begged Professor Flitwick and Principal Dumbledore to look at her. I’d rather give her a break because she’s still young.”

“Oh? They want to hide this from the Legal Enforcement Department?” Scott asked funny.

Eddie nodded, “Yes, that’s what they think.”

Scott shook his head, “Don’t they know, the whole Ravenclaw knows what their daughter has done.”

“Yes, Professor Flitwick said so too. So the result is that the Dupins still had to spend a large amount of money to help their daughter escape from Azkaban’s captivity.”

Eddie said with joy.

“In the end, Professor Flitwick asked them to compensate Roger for his broomstick!”

After lunch, Scott went alone to the Black Lake Pier located under the cliff next to the auditorium.

“Jacob.”

He looked directly at a boulder by the water.

“There you are, Scott.”

Jacob came around from behind the boulder.

He took out a silver spoon from his pocket, shook it, and said to Scott, “I was just wondering if this was a prank.”

“I’m not into pranks, Jacob.” Scott reached for the silver spoon.

This is a tableware commonly seen on the long table in the Hogwarts Great Hall. What makes it unique is that there are a few small words on the handle that are not obvious.

[1:00pm Black Lake Pier S·T]

Time, place, initials.

This is a special invitation letter.

“I didn’t expect your transformation technique to be able to reach this level, Scott!” Jacob expressed some excitement. “Across a long table, the spoon in my hand changed silently!”

Scott smiled, “It’s nothing, at least I used the wand secretly.”

“No, this is already amazing.” Jacob said in an adoring tone.

“What’s amazing is you, Jacob.” Scott’s expression was playful, “I didn’t expect you to be able to do this.”

He took a step forward, reached out and patted Jacob on the shoulder, and said to him: “But you should know that it is ridiculous to pretend in front of me.”

“Like Jasmine Travers?”

Jacob immediately became expressionless.

“You think her disguise is ridiculous, right?”

“Let’s not talk about this in a hurry.” Scott walked to the pier, “We still have some time to exchange opinions before class in the afternoon.”

He raised his hand and threw the spoon forward, then took out his wand.

“Fade without a trace.”

A bolt of magic flew out of the wand and collided with the falling spoon, causing the spoon to disappear instantly.

Then, he took out a piece of ebony wood from the deformed lizard skin bag on his waist and threw it forward.

He recited the incantation again, and another burst of magic flew out, and the ebony wood began to rapidly deform.

In a blink of an eye, a small boat landed on the water.

Scott stepped onto the boat and sat down, waving to Jacob, “Come on, let’s enjoy rafting together.”

“All right.”

Jacob climbed into the boat and sat across from him.

He looked at Scott with novel eyes, “Use the disappearing spell to make the spoon disappear and put the conversation location on the vast lake. You are really cautious.”

Scott took out new material and turned it into a paddle and started rowing the boat.

“It’s necessary, Jacob,” he said. “For the sake of the future, I’m forcing myself to develop this good habit.”

Jacob nodded seriously when he heard this.

“It makes sense, I will learn from you.” He said.
