The Wind and the Eagle Wings at Hogwarts — Chapter 61 061. Potter's Escape Another Way

“You should tell Dumbledore about this,” Scott said to Potter. “This is an important clue.”

Potter immediately shook his head reflexively, “No!”

At this time, Granger pursed his lips.

Her expression was very similar to Professor McGonagall, and she looked sideways at Potter, “Harry, maybe you should listen to Trollope’s advice and tell Dumbledore about this!”

“It’s not an important thing. Maybe I heard wrong.” Potter showed great resistance.

“I don’t understand what you’re worried about, Potter.” Scott said calmly, “It’s not a big deal. You may not know that some wizards are born with some unique talents.”

He deliberately looked at Potter with uncomprehending eyes.

“You can just understand the language of certain animals. You know, historically Slytherin was famous for its Parseltongue. If that’s the case, why can’t there be cat-talk and dog-talk?”

“It’s true, Harry!” Weasley said, “Slytherin is a Parseltongue. He can talk to snakes. This is very famous, but I forgot to tell you.”

He was obviously a little excited, the freckles on his face became redder, and he kept patting Potter’s shoulders with his hands.

“Of course, you can’t be a Parseltongue! Parseltongue is the signature of dark wizards!”

It was like he was telling a joke to make himself laugh, and he grinned in a funny way.

“You’re Harry Potter! The Boy-Who-Lived!”

But he didn’t notice that Potter’s expression instantly became panicked, and his eyes were full of uneasiness.

Although he immediately lowered his head to cover it up, he still did not escape Scott’s sight.

“Harry?” Granger also noticed something was wrong with him.

“By the way, Wood has something to do with me…about the Quidditch match…I have to go find him!”

Porter suddenly said some nonsense in a panic, and without even saying hello to Scott, he turned around and ran away in a hurry.

“Harry?” Weasley looked dumbfounded and stared at Granger, “What’s wrong with him?”

“How do I know!” Granger frowned tightly.

“I have to go take a look!” Weasley said and chased after him.

“Harry! Ron!”

Granger shouted twice, but the two boys ran away without looking back.

Scott looked at Potter’s back and raised the corners of his lips slightly.

At this time, Granger, who was left alone with her two friends, seemed to be furious. She blushed and took several deep breaths before turning her head to apologize to Scott.

“Sorry, Trollope! Oh! They didn’t mean to, oh! I mean, that’s how they usually behave.”

Scott said calmly: “It doesn’t matter. But I still want to remind you, or ask you to tell Potter that it is not a good idea to hide that matter from Dumbledore.”

Granger quickly said: “Yes, I think so too, but…”

Scott continued: “There are many things that may be difficult for you, but if you are professors, you can often solve the trouble easily. Perhaps Dumbledore is just one clue away from solving what happened last night.” What’s the matter?”

The girl nodded with deep understanding, “And what happened this morning! I think maybe there are two people who are in conflict with each other in the school. One of them thinks he is the heir of Slytherin, and the other is disapproving and sarcastic about him.”

Scott agreed with her statement and then said goodbye to her.

He hoped that Potter could confess to Dumbledore on his own.

If Potter didn’t do it, he didn’t mind doing it for him.

After dinner that day, Scott did not return to the dormitory. He said hello to his roommates and went directly to the empty classroom on the third floor to start developing the film he had accumulated during the afternoon.

Not long after, the Weasley twins also ran over quietly.

Scott used several magic spells to completely seal the classroom, and the three of them got busy together.

A few hours passed quickly.

“I think the ‘Heir of Slytherin’ might not show up.” Fred complained as he lay on the old desk.

George also looked like he was paralyzed from exhaustion. He said to Scott: “It seems that we are facing a cunning opponent, and this test may fail.”

The three of them had been developing the film, and then looked at the small film one by one to carefully identify the unclear images on it.

This can be considered a quite exhausting job, and even Scott is a little tired.

In short, they still didn’t get any useful clues from the film they accumulated in the afternoon.

“Thank you for your hard work,” he said to the twins. “We will do it differently tonight.”

He took out his pocket watch and took a look at it, then looked at the Marauder’s Map spread out on the table.

Fred also came over and took a look, “Oh! Filch is guarding there again!”

Scott smiled and said, “Next we just have to stare at the Marauder’s Map. I will only let the camera start working when someone other than Filch appears nearby.”

“Can such a thing be done?” George looked at him curiously, “Now your two puppets responsible for operating the camera just work rigidly according to time.”

Scott smiled confidently, “I set up two modes of giving commands to the puppets. Now it’s the command I gave with the magic wand before, and they will act at time intervals. The other one is exactly the same as the chess pieces of wizard chess.”

Fred was also very curious, “Same as wizard chess? Talk to them to give commands? Are you going to shout here?”

“Of course not, don’t forget, I have a little helper.”

Scott raised his hand and touched the black raven standing on his shoulder.

“Can this raven talk?”

Fred immediately became alert.

He walked to Scott’s side and caught the raven to examine it carefully, with curiosity in his eyes almost overflowing, “How did you do it?”

“Oh, you overestimated me, of course it can’t speak.” Scott looked at Fred with a smile, “I just set its cry as a command.”

Fred was very disappointed, “So that’s it? I thought you could make something talk, just like the stone statue at the entrance of the principal’s office.”

“Thank you for thinking highly of me, Fred.” Scott spread his hands, “My Transfiguration is not that high. Moreover, I think that stone statue may also be an alchemical work like the door knocker of our Ravenclaw common room.”

He walked to the old desk and sat down, pointing his finger at the map on the table, “Anyway, we can take turns to rest next, as long as someone is always watching the Marauder’s Map.”

At this point, he reached out and took the raven handed over by Fred.

“Of course, if you find someone’s name appearing nearby, please remember to wake me up.”
